This is one I'm quite proud of. This knife is modeled after the Japanese Yanagi Ba style sushi knife. They are typically long, thin, single bevel knives which are kept extremely sharp. Instead of a traditional hexagonal wooden handle, I choose a contemporary aesthetic with CNC machined aluminum handle.
